Privacy notice

CueReach Schedule is the private scheduling app of CueReach (Remote Cued Speech Services). Only people CueReach invites can sign in.

What we keep: your name and email address, the sessions you are part of, and a log of sign-ins and changes. For a session we keep only what the service needs: the date and time, the setting and topic, a first name for the person served, the meeting link and prep notes.

What we never ask for: student records, diagnoses, dates of birth or Social Security numbers. Please do not put them in notes.

Who sees it: CueReach staff. A transliterator or captioner sees only the sessions they work, and only what each one needs. A client sees its own organization's sessions.
